Is there a free download program to change photos into Andy Warhol style pieces of art?

Hi I am wanting a program that I can edit my photos to look like pieces of art in the style of an Andy Warhol or like a painting or cartoon print. Can anyone recommend anything?

I read about Warhol's technique and also saw a documentary of him working. He would take a photo and then get a high contrast print made of it, remember that was the era of film, and I believe he sometimes started from polaroids also. The high contrast print effect could be achieved in Photoshop by reducing the tonal range in levels or using posterization and reducing to 2 tonal ranges. He then colorized certain strategic areas (like eyes and lips) with a bright, almost garish color. He would also make his colors look purposely off register (outside the borders). I read that he used to look at cheap tabloid-like celebrity magazines a lot as a child that were poorly printed. I often wondered if this influenced him later when he became a famous artist. He seemed to have an obsession with fame and celebrities all his life. Anyway, once he arrived at the basic design he would get studio assistants to assist him in doing multiple prints using oversize silk screens to apply paint on canvas. He was making sort of a hand produced one offs of a mass produced type of an image. He was a brilliant designer and probably the most famous American artist worldwide. It has been said that his greatest work of art was himself.
