Is $0.99 a good price to start selling Original mini and ACEO oil paintings?

I really need to make money to help me supporting stray animals. I'm currently taking care of 4 dogs and 7 cats.
The animal shelters did not accept them when I sent them there saying that they don't have a place for them. I'm spending so much for their foods and medication.
I'm looking for an online Art business to help me a little bit.

It depends on if you're comfortable taking that price. To be honest, it seems very paltry, considering you'd have to pay Ebay fees which would gouge into that. However, people may be more willing to bid on a item with a small start price.
If you want to see ACEOs cheaply, why not consider selling signed prints at that price?
