Framed Oil
looking for a few answers on an oil painting i know nothing about ?
I have a framed oil painting that is probably dated somewhere in 1970 or later by Julian Rhinehardt, i couldn't find anything online about it so i was wondering if any of you might know something and what you would price it at if you were selling it ?

It's a "Joy of Painting" type of work. Decorative, and essentially of no particular value. The frame is worth more than the painting.
The "Happy little trees," with their tufts of foliage is a dead giveaway. Here are some other fakey looking winter trees by hobbiest painters.

Trees simply don't have "fluffy" foliage in the winter. Or in the summer, but ESPECIALLY not in the winter.
This type of fantasy painting was very popular in the 70's. Bob Ross continued teaching the method after Bill Alexander died.
If you cannot find anything online about the artist, they are then not "noteworthy," and just painted as a hobby. That's not a bad thing, but it means there is no value for a simple decorative painting.
