Stretched Canvas
can i directly start painting with oil paint colors on pre stretched canvas ?
do i have to treat the canvas with something before starting ?
Pre-stretched canvases are usually also pre-primed. If it's whiter on the front than on the back, it's primed. You can put some more Gesso over it if you want to, but you don't have to.
